False Promises on Discounts for Airline Tickets, Cruises, Transportation, Entertainment, etc. Scams in Royal Holiday by sellers showing customers a book of available properties during their sales presentation, telling them it offers better options for the use of their points. When the actual book reaches the customer in the mail, they realize that the value of the purchased point does not consider the number of weeks or the quality of the hotels promised by the seller. Customers are told they do not have a five-day rescission right for their membership in Royal Holiday, neither in PROFECO. The maintenance fee increases by an exorbitant amount.
